This idea reminds me Husseyn Chalayan collections and all the extensible – multipurpose designs I did in the Architecture school.

Wheee! Slinky chair! I want to find a gigantic staircase to test it out, heh. I love that guy at the end who walks up and just HAS to touch it, feel it, in order to help him make tactile sense of it. There ought to be more grown-up stuff that inspires a sense of wonder like that, much like mechanical toys can do for little kids. The feeling of wonder is highly underrated nowadays. Don’t you just want to leap inside the video and play with that chair, too?

Octavian, I thought about Chalayan, too. The idea also reminded me of Issey Miyake’s Pleats Please which becomes amazingly small to fit anywhere in a suitcase.
Katie, the name of your new fragrance is Slinky!

Shoot, yes! Ha! It’s got a nice sexy thing going on, yet enjoyably, it’s a bit goofy. Hmmmm…. so much better than all the mental meandering that had been rolling through my head when trying to think of something. I don’t know if you’re kidding, halfway serious, or what, but I like it! Quite a bit!

I love it! Slinky! An appropriate double-entendre
