The artist, playing with materiality, utility, scale, volume, symbology, and perspective, confronts the inherent duality and contradictions of the quotidian, while praising issues of universality, heritage and craftsmanship. For three generations, the Raynaud family has created the renown Limoges porcelain chinaware.
