The lower level contains the individual guest bedrooms and main home forming a private exterior courtyard guarded from the public street. An expanse of 30\u2032 glass doors flanking the living and dining room and kitchen on the main level allow views to the surrounding yard and allow natural light to the interior, opening entirely to extend the interior into the garden.
