I have always wanted to do a Bulthaup or Boffi kitchen. I’m a sucker for contemporary design, but the soon-to-be-our kitchen has a 60″ cast iron farmhouse sink which is still in a great shape and an awesome looking wood burning kitchen stove which probably will still work fine.

There’s also a pristine white Maytag Dutch Oven range from the ’40s which is in use, but this will be replaced by something else when we move in. I want a very contemporary twist to our 107 year-old kitchen without destroying the original features that are perfectly intact. A design like this would work nicely, I guess…
