As you get further away from Tokyo, you see more new houses with a comfortable mix of contemporary and traditional elements designed by young architects. This is a house for a young couple (and their cat) designed by young architects based in Nishinomiya, Hyogo. The house doesn’t shout “Look at me!”, but I can’t help looking at it.
